Shipping Information
- All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
- You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email once your order ships.
- We currently ship across India only.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of health supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened products.
However, we will gladly replace or refund if:
- Your product is damaged upon delivery
- You received the wrong item
To claim, please email us at support@kreativeda.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement (before shipping).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
